Brew School: Plan the perfect day with this fantastic Brew School experience for one or two at Innis & Gunn. Brewing process: This 3.5-5 hour experience goes through all the basics of the brewing process, including which ingredients work best and how to choose the right malt. Samples: Sample a few brews yourself with a full beer tasting – well, you need to taste it to learn, right? – before getting hands on and creating your own brew; come back in a few weeks to collect a five-litre keg of your creation! Take home keg: Commemorate the day with a five-litre keg of beer to take home and enjoy. Lunch: Enjoy mouth-watering lunch to make your day even better!
