Beginner Salsa Class: Treat yourself to a 1-day intensive Bachata beginners course at Caramelo Latin Dance Academy. What to expect: You’ll receive five hours of immersive learning, including fundamentals, partner work, footwork, and musicality. Aims to: As well as learning Bachata dancing technique, you’ll work on your balance, coordination, fitness levels and fluidity of movement, and a fantastic way to improve your emotional well-being. Perfect for: The perfect way to meet new people, escape the hectic week, and maybe a way to discover a new passion. All abilities: No prior dance experience required and no partner needed to attend – you will rotate partners throughout the class so you will be able to dance with everyone.
