Masterclass: Make all your cheese dreams come true with this three-hour artisan cheese making workshop! MasterChef: Ann’s Smart School of Cookery is run by Ann, a former MasterChef contestant and now professional chef! Ingredients: All ingredients used are fresh and locally sourced and all milk is pasteurised to ensure the cheeses you make are of the highest quality. Intimate: Classes are up to 20 people and small groups will prepare their dish with the chef in an intimate session to ensure the best experience for everyone. Cheeses: You will make a selection of soft cheeses on the day, ranging from mozzarella to paneer. See the full list of possible cheeses below. Hard cheese: The final step to making hard cheese will be revealed at the end of the workshop so you can have a go at home!
